  • Vanilla (1\4 tsp)
  • Salt (1\4 tsp)
  • Eggs (2 large)
  • All-purpose flour (1\2 cup)
  • Baking powder (1\2 tsp)
  • Banana (1)
  • Canola or vegetable oil (as required)
  • Lemon juice (2 tbsp.)

Step: 1- collect all of the ingredients.

Step: 2- now in the blender, blend the cottage cheese, sour cream, honey (1 tablespoon only) vanilla extract, and salt. turn them into a very smooth mixture.

Step: 3-now, beat the eggs until it becomes froth and then add the mixture of cottage cheese and sour cream into eggs.


Step: 4-now combine all-purpose flour and baking powder in a bowl. Now gradually mix cheese-egg mixture in the separate bowl.

Step: 5-cut the bananas into eighteen slices and dust them with the all-purpose flour. Now set them aside.

Step: 6- now pour the mixture onto an already greased pan (vegetable oil and canola oil) on medium heat. Also, don’t forget to splash them with water.

Step: 7- Now drop the batter according to the measure of a cup on a griddle.

Step: 8-place bananas slices in the middle of the batter. And flip them when one side turns golden brownish in color.

Step: 9-pour on honey and Enjoy!
